I was buying a 2004 Ford F150 Super Crew 4X4 from a Brain Garner, who said he was leaving back to Baghdad and wanted to sell this vehicle for $2,400 but then I had asked if he could lower the price so he did to $2,200. He said at the beginning that he was doing this with Google Wallet and that I needed to send the money to them. He then later gave my email to what I thought was Google Wallet. They contacted me with a confirmation of sales and in that email told me that I needed to send the money using moneygram by wire transfer I did. Later Brian sends me an email saying that Google Wallet sent him and email saying that they did get the payment of the amount of $2,200(not including the fees it was to send them)but then tells me that I need to send another $1,500 for the shipping insurance. When I get that email I immediately email Brian asking why I have to pay another $1,500 when the agreement was that I was just supposed to pay $2,200 because the vehicle was supposed to shipped and everything on his money and I was only supposed to pay the amount he was selling the vehicle. He then later told me that is was a change in insurance with the shipping company and that he paid his part of the insurance. So I then replied asking if he can assure that all the money I had to send and spend just to send it would be given back to me, and he assured that it would all be given back to me(even the money I spent to send it) when the vehicle got to my home, so I went ahead and spent it. After sending the payment for the insurance Google Wallet emailed me saying that they had received the payment for the insurance and the vehicle was going to be shipped to my home and be here on Sunday February 16, 2014. That day came and went and the vehicle never showed up I tried contacting the financial service with the number they had given me to call if at any moment I needed help with sending the money. It was an 1-800 number so I never thought anything about this. Well when I did call after all the payments were sent after Sunday had passed, the phone line just now says it is busy so then I also tried calling Brian with the phone number he had given me from Craigslist and he also won't answer the phone. Til this day Brian nor Google Wallet has contacted me or anything. I really need help with my situation.
