I seen an advert for "free trial" for skin care, clicked on box and proceeded to answer some of their question eg : my age, skin type, and what I was looking to improve. After snswering their questionnaire it came up with recommended products with a postage payment required, I clicked on the sample I wanted to try gave my shipping address and card details for the postage. Ten days later the product arrived in a Jiffy bag, no invoice or any paper work stating that they where going to charge me £89. A week later another product arrived this time with a returns form, I phone the number to query tHis to be told that I had ordered this new product for £95 with the original order. Could not speak to anyone in authority emailed the company with no response from them, got onto my credit card company who had received several thousand of complaints from this company and that they would refund my money. A total scam they should be ashamed of themselves
