As I read from the other complaints, the same thing happenned to me. They started off with 5.6 cent rats and in less than a year my rate is now 24.7 cents. That is a 340% INCREASE. I understand variable rates but this is truly deceptive, price gouging and criminal! The other power company has a 3% increase from last year. You tell me this is right?
When i called them, they kept telling me i signed up for a variable rate. Variable is one thing but 340%!
When i threatened legal action, 2 of the phone reps said the exact same thing. "go ahead, we have an excellent legal staff as well"
They STOLE my money and i want it back.
