I was upgrading my phones, and was advised by Customer Solutions representative that I would receive $144 credit for being an extremely loyal customer (over 15 years). I agreed to only upgrade phones based on upgrade fee being waived. I've had many issues with AT&T (Both Mobile & DSL) in the past, so I advised CSR to notate in account. CSR agreed to notate account. I see my bill, usually $270, skyrocket to $460, so I call and no notes were in account and only $72 were credited.
