The first incident was all of the prices and coupons being reset to 0 on our site. Since everything was reset we assumed it was a problem with the coding and this caused Dialatic (our site developer)to search through the code he had written looking for an error, and since he thought it was his fault he did it free of charge. Nothing was found so we just hoped it would be a one time occurrence.

A few days later somebody ordered 10m 07 through the site, and the final price came out to be $27 (At this time 10m should have been ~$33.75). So we questioned the customer and he said that he just used our current coupon code, same as last time he ordered. This is when we noticed that the coupon had been changed from 2% to 20%, and now the prices had all been changed too. We also noticed that many of our testimonials had vanished. This time we knew someone was tampering with the site. Since the only other person who had ever had access was Violent, Dialatic questioned him about it;

He admitted to it immediately. So we re-added him and had a chat wherein he told us that he did it for our attention and it was our fault for not changing the password (bare in mind that this is a person who people are supposed to trust their accounts and gold with). We let him off at this time out of pity, and told him to stay away from our business.

That all happened ~3 weeks ago. A few days ago we noticed a lot of our Tribot VIP's were invalid. We asked a Tribot mod to check them out and it turned out that 19 of our VIP's had been redeemed onto a throw-away Tribot account made on a VPS. Violent quickly came to mind as nobody other than our workers and the developer even knows about our management system where the unsold membership/VIP codes are kept. We went into Violent's livechat and gave him a chance to admit what he had done;

He admitted to having access to the system but denied using the VIP codes. His account had been deleted about a month prior to this so his access was most definitely unauthorised. We then asked the developer to check the IP logs to see who had gained access, and surprise surprise Violent's IP. This time we had no pity and reported him for tampering with our website and suspected scamming of the Tribot VIP's (To put it in perspective they cost us $6 each, so $114 total) and probably many other membership codes since we had a lot more complaints than normal.

He soon got banned on Sythe, so we made reports on Tribot, OSBot and Powerbot too. Tribot and OSBot quickly banned him, but Powerbot didn't and still havent (Lol?). In one of his replies to the Powerbot dispute he admits to using the 19 Tribot Vip's;

So yeah, scamming and website defacement. :)
