I purchased a Defy tumble dryer from Home Corp in September 2013, which broke 1 week ago (5.5 months later). I called for assessment and replacement and it was still under warranty but they concluded that it happened due to overloading so it is due to costumer negligence, thus will not be paid by them. The dryer is used 2-3 times a week only and it barely dryer more than 5-8 pieces of clothing at a time.
