Pimsleur Approach.com Rapid Fluency Program
I had heard good things about the Pimsleur method. I did a google search and the top hit was Pimsleurapproach.com offering a trial set of 4 CD's for $9.95.

My order originally for the Trial CD's was processed 9/11/2013 I received it an am satisfied with that purchase.

When I ordered the CD's at $9.95 my on-line experience was extremely poor, I was unable to make an order without looking at many screens of video of cartoon characters. At the time I thought the lengthy process before getting to the order screen was their way of getting me to watch a pitch for future purchases.
Now I believe it was to waste my time so that I would order without realizing the small print. Therefore,
at the time of the original purchase I was not aware of what I was agreeing to - future mailings of the GOLD program to be billed to the same credit card.

I Only wanted the $ 9.95 trial CD.
The website does NOT make it clear that they are sending further tapes without my explicit order,
and that my credit card will be charged for a much higher rate for the further CD's.

then billed me 11/14/13 $64.00. for Spanish 1 Gold edition
then Billed me 12/16/13 $64.00 for Spanish II Gold edition

I have received these tapes and I will be returning them UNUSED.
I expect to be re-imbursed the $128, because I consider the website deceptive.
I reject your requirement to return them within 30 days because I did not order them.

I was unable to get thru to your Customer care telephone line ( 877-802-5283) after holding 7 minutes on
Feb 11, 2014 at 9:30 to 9:37 Central time
I now have closely read your website and I printed your legal notices - that took 7 pages of small print.
Your site requires me to reach you by telephone to request a " Return Merchandise Authorization Number"
I consider that to be an unreasonable requirement, especially as I am required to pay the return shipping cost.

I filled out the customer support form 2/16/14 and expect a reply within 2 business days as the site says is your policy. This is my request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This also included my cancellation for any further tapes.

I expect to receive a reply promptly, as I cannot return the tapes without the RMA.
