44.99£ was taken from my bank account even though i didn't apply for a loan. Tryed contacting them via phone, after waiting on hold for 20mins, they just cutted me off. I sent them an e-mail as well, in this case i got a reply saying that i need to send it to another e-mail, so i did that, but without success. The contact i was given didn't even exist. Sent them another letter asking for a valid e-mail, but haven't got a reply since then. If i can't get my money back i can live with that, problem is that i'm afraid this could repeat again, and would like to be sure i'm done with 'em and no money will be taken from my bank account in the future. How can i be sure of that? Thank you for your time.
