I ordered a free trial with the option to cancel auto delivery if was unhappy with product. I was charged 6.95 for the shipping. It arrived almost 3 weeks later and I was charged 89.95 the day before my free sample even came. I was charged 35.00 for a returned check and 30.00 from my cable company for the same check. I have not been able to get anyone there to help me yet. The worst thing is it caused me to cry as I am already having financial difficulty. I would not keep my membership due to this kind of shady business even if it worked
