When I order these shoes for one of my daughters I thought this would be great because it is what she wanted. Then I received some other type of shoes that was not the ones I wanted. Every day since this occurred I have emailed them requesting the shoes or the money back along with a return tag to send them the wrong shoes back. No answer for a while then I notice when I go to long in again that they where having a holiday and it was supposed to end on the 9 Feb. Didn't matter I continued to send an email requesting what I wanted. To this date nobody has contacted me nor email anything.
