The advertised "Risk-Free Trial" is not Risk-Free and the anti-aging product worsens the aging appearance. I'm not usually swayed by deceptive marketing ploys... Gotta hand it to them... I'm usually a tough nut to crack... I agreed to pay $4.25 "only" for shipping and handling charges for risk-free trial... Read all the fine print... No mention of having to return the product anywhere... Not upon ordering the so-called "risk-free trial," not in the confirmation e-mail and not in the documents that arrived with the product. Used the product according to directions for 3 weeks (without sunscreen which supposedly breaks-down the active ingredients)... Resulted in worsening of the appearance of aging. Notified the company, on day 24, via e-mail that the product did not work and instructed them (just in case) not to send me any more product and not to bill any additional charges to my account. They responded with a lengthy, convoluted e-mail in which was buried a link to their "Trial Terms" which were not previously disclosed. There was another link to a specific "RMA" form which basically threatens to charge you anyway, if you don't fill it out exactly the way they want it (additional instructions provided), if you don't pay additional for tracking and if they don't receive it (after all... They're not responsible for "lost" packages). The bottom line is... This product did not work as claimed and it is not a risk-free trial... Rather, it is an unethical rip-off by what is, in my opinion, a shady company.
