I was referred to a toothbrush for £1 (over 70% discount, I think), I followed the link and gave my card details. They automatically signed me up for membership which I could cancel and I had 30-day free period.

Last week, two weeks after sign up, I tried to cancel my membership, but was asked to cancel the VIP ststus which came with my sign-up. Promptly, I followed the link to the page for deactivating the VIP status. Came back to the main page to "delete" my membership, and that is when the annoying thing started. It keeps repeating that VIP must be cancelled first. Going to VIP page, it says VIP has been deactivated, "reactivate"? Of course, not! So, it seems like a trap.

Today, I found that after the £1 taken on 23rd January, they took £25 on 28th. Just five days later!

I have tried to contact them, with no success! Good thing I used my credit card. I have asked my credit card company to refund the £25 and delete them from my card. They said they may have to send me a new card, and have instituted a refund dispute.

By the way, I have not received the toothbrush I paid for.
