Ordered some software to improve my PC operation and paid $200 for a tune put and cleanup by remote.I was passed around for over four hours with little or know activity. Made many calls just to be told sorry for your inconvenience the passed around again. Finally when all was suppose to be fix around 7pm was told our computer was in bad shape and tech advised we add a security system (upgrade) which was causing many of our problems. Another $200. Today Feb 14th still have trouble getting error message with it and having trouble loading a Net.Framework with Microsoft. The security system was PC/MRI. Our PC is not functioning one bit better then before. If any not as well. We are senior and limited on our income. Thought it would be easier to do this at home instead of taking the PC out.Wish I would have looked here first. Don't use Advance Tech and lose you money for nothing. Learn by our mistakes.
