This letter is written concerning the return of your product. One that I did not order, because I did not complete the order web page, but cancelled out of that page. Yet, I was billed for your product!!
This product is being returned to you unopened. I called the day you put through the request for payment. I was stone walled by the person on the phone. Her suggestion was that I go ahead and try the product. One that I did not order or want!!! Why doesn’t she try the product, and pay for it.
This transaction of yours is fraud. I have reported you to the BBB, FTC, and my bank.
I do not want this product, I did not order it, I want my money back immediately, immediately!!!!!
