Stay away from these products!! They are advertising FREE trials but once you pay the required delivery charges giving your card number you receive an email to inform you that every 14 days after your trial you will be charged £80 !!! I noticed this scam as soon as I received the email. The information is very misleading and no permission is giving to take this money every 14 days. I called vital cleanse and was put on to an automated service which asked for he contact number I gave with my order. When I typed the number in as 077422 etc the automated service repeated it as 007777442222 as if I had entered it like that. I then tried again and the same thing happened this is a way of keeping you on the line longer to get more money. I then chose the option 0 to speak to an advisor. The first time I pressed 0 the automated voice repeated the whole message again again trying to take more money from you. I finally got through to someone who was very unhelpful, firstly she told me I could keep the trial product and pay no more charges for only 40 pound. I was so angry and refused this ridiculous offer to which she replied ok since you are a valued costumer you can keep the trial product and pay no more charges for only 9 pounds, so why the sudden price decrease ? Such a scam. She refused to stop the order so I had to ring my bank, they blocked my card and now I have to wait on a new card being issued. At least these terrible company's will not be able to take any more of my money without my permission. Can I also note if you are trying to cancel an order online be very careful. You will see a big green EASY CANCEL button but do not click it, if you read in the small print it says you will be charged 40 pound, click the other option button and the same thing will happen again, however this time the price has dropped to 20 pounds half price in a few seconds ! Crafty people. Click the other option button again and you will be able to cancel the order however you will be told to return the trial order when it arrives and you will be giving a set date for this return, if you do not return it in time you will automatically be charged 80 pound !! Everything about the company is a complete scam. They are only after your money, in so many ways. If you have ordered the product as a free trial and been misled my advice would be to ring your bank and block your card. Your account does not need to be changed as it is only the long card number they have. Then seen a delightful email to the company to inform them that you have blocked your card and you will not be paying them anymore money. You do not want to receive any products and if they decide to send it you will not be wasting your money returning it. If they chose to ignore your email well that's their loss.
