Someone got access to create an online account in my name. Auravie was supposed to close out the account that was created. They do refuse to send me a return shopping label. I would like reassurance that the account has been cancelled and that your Co. or sister Co never sends anything to my address again. Also I am not going to pay S&H to ship it back.
