I noticed a charge on my account in oct which began in august of 2013. I called sms and had a very heated argument with several employees who insisted I had authorized these charges , which I did not. At first they would only give me 1month back, then after I kept raising hell. They agreed to 3 months. I insisted on all of it and was told they would have to escalate the request to the corporate office. I kept insisting they give me all my money back, but couldn't get any further with them. I asked for corporate contact info and was told they couldn't give it to me. After more insisting and yelling, finally I was given addresss, number , and email. Have not checked out legitimacy of info yet. I was told corporate would call me in 24-48 hrs. I am waiting to see what happens. I called t-mobile to follow up with all if this. They have blacklisted them, issued me a partial credit and are investigating this company. Whole company sounds false, even the names the employees gave me sound made up. This place is full of thieves and liars. I will report back what happens with corporate and if I receive refund check. Scam, Scam , Scam!!!
