On Jan 31,2014 I signed up for what I was told was onine work. It sounded and looked legit and nowhere did it mention that there was additional fees required.
The only amount mentioned was the orignal $4.97 usd which was $5.70 cnd taken out of my account.
I went onto my banking today Feb 12,2014 and on Feb 03,2014 they took out another payment of $77.00 usd which was $88.55 cnd with no authorization from to do this.Up until Feb 12 I was able to sign on and access what was suppose to be my members log in page.
I now can't access the site or members login page. I have an e-mail address and was communicating with them that way and the last date of e-mail from them was Feb 07, 2014.
Everyday I keep getting an e-mail from a guy named Mike who says he is part of the company and when I ask the company who he is they never answer.On Feb 11,2014 was the last e-mail from this guy but I have no idea who he is.
I can't afford to be throwing money away as I was looking to make money to feed my 4 kids and can't have money stolen from me.I need a refund and don't know how to go about it can someone help me ?
