I ordered a watch from the site 100bestbuy.com after being told that I was shortlisted for samsung galaxy S3 mobile contest cause I called them for an inquiry of another product. I could participate in this contest if I make a purchase of 800 Rs and had a great chance of winning it because I was in the second position to win it (somehow I did not understand how this works). I thought of giving it a try as I was going to get a 'branded new Lotto company watch' for my 800 rs.

When I finally received my order, I got a old Lotto watch which worked for 3 days only. As the site's customer care doesn't care, they did not life my call for the next one month. All their executives are always busy attending calls for hours.

I took it to a local mending shop and the mender said it was a china made watch and getting a high quality battery was not recommonded too as it might not work even after that. The dial of watch had a stain too.

I finally was able to contact them and they promised to send a replacement, which never arrived. Now when ever I call them, it takes 10 to 15 mins for them to receive my call. Then they do not say anything relevant, they just randomly say off something like 'call us after a week sir' or 'we will call you once we send the watch' and immediately cut the call off. I do not see this as right manners too. My mails to their support ID remain unanswered for months now.

I want a branded watch sent to me as promised, or want to get my 800 Rs plus money spent on calling them back. Please let me know in case you need any more of my details by mailing '[email protected].
