I did not know!!! I thought my s&h was 2.95,needless to say it wasn't.called back next day to cancel, even was given a cancelation number, told 7-10 days for refund. Still no refund.I called repeatedly, 2-6 3x. Very rude, even told that no supervisor was not available,wrong date of cancelation,etc.called 2-11, rep apologized, said he had to resubmit cancelation( had on cancel #) on that it would take another 7-10 days-business days!!!!
