Definitely a scam, which I realized after the fact. They charged me normal fees at first for electricity but all of a sudden they quadrupled the service charge. I understand rates go up and down but to change that dramatically in between cycles, without a notice is unacceptable. We went from paying $66 in generation fees to $256. When I spoke to customer service, she was so unprofessional. When asked to speak to a supervisor, she said none were available and that they won't be around for the rest of the day but she's able to handle my situation. However, early today you said a supervisor would give me a call back. Instead you call me back and try to give me $30 for a $360 bill, that is not handling my problem. When asked for her name and credentials she hesitated and just sat on the phone like she couldn't hear me, then replied "we have a great team of lawyers." That is fine, because if I don't hear back from a supervisor or my issue isn't resolved, I will be submitting my story to WTNH and contacting a great team of lawyers as well.
Customer Service, everyone you talk to isn't just some dummy on the other side of the phone, some of us have some education.
