offered free samples for $2.95, charged my card $1.00, then $159. My bank provided the phone number where someone mentioned "terms and conditions" which she said she was unable to provide a copy of and in a nearly unintelligible accent assured me that someone would rule on my refund request in the next week. Thirteen days later I have no refund and no cambogia. The people on the phone are obviously not in this country but surely SOMEBODY could be prosecuted?
