(I would write the entire story exactly how everything went down, but don't want to write an entire book and want to get to the point on certain things here. So here it is all in a bundle summed up)

I heard a knock at my door-I didn't answer because for one I live alone and two I wasn't expecting any company til' later that night. After about five more knocks I finally just answered my door. Some spunky gal was talking a million miles per hour about how they're going around house to house to meet the neighbors and do a free cleaning of one room in the house.

She asked if she could step foot into my home quick to look around I was hesitant, I don't trust easily and I didn't have good feelings about it. But with me JUST getting off work did doubles that night and the two nights prior-I was running on zero sleep, I was EXHAUSTED. That is no excuse to let strangers in, but I said "Sure, I guess" . I thought this whole looking around the home and cleaning business wouldn't take long. It ended up being a 5 hour ordeal! She popped in my home quick even tho she could clearly see my home inside with the way my door was opened. She walked in, brushing by me and pushing my door open.

Next thing you know she says well I have one of our best and fastest cleaner just for you today! Let me go grab him, she then walks in with some dude with a Kirby Vacum cleaner. She then starts getting really into my personal life, do you have kids? are you married? how old are you? I seen your car in the garage, that's a nice car. I know you had a birthday recently, etc....I was copletely uncomfortable with these people in my home, and why I even let them in is beyond me, and why I even fell for them is beyond me too-other than the simple fact I don't do well under pressure. and IM WAY TOO NICE TO PEOPLE.

Any who, the guy comes in and she leaves...that is when he tells me "this is actually the first day on the job for me". and he got out a piece of paper with a phone number on it, asked me if he could use my cell phone since he left his in the van. So he starts cleaning, and he knocked the vacum over and he wasn't very gentle with MY vaccum either. He had it upside down and smacked it around a bit. Then told me to demonstrate it to him on how to use it and he told said not to dis on your vaccum but yours is a pain in the ass.He asked me where my nearest bedroom was-and headed that way he started cleaning the top of my bed and he was scooping my place out and started in with stories of other houses his company people have been in.

When I was on my phone texting people, trying to get someone to come over to my house immediately so I wasn't alone, the dude cleaning my house was constantly looking over at me, I felt something suspcious with that too.

Then after three hours in of cleaning,he called his Manager to come to my house and take a look...he arrives and he is negotiating prices with me after I told him No I don't want it, don't see a need for it because IM NEVER HOME TO USE IT. and I just don't want to spend that much money toward something that will never be used. Well he wouldn't leave and it was almost like he wouldn't leave until I said YES ILL TAKE IT. I finally just said yes. We did paper work , yadda yadda. & the manager said I'll be right back with a brouchure and a dvd on how to use the product. also we were supposed to trade my vacumm in for his and he NEVER took mine or came back for it. He NEVER returned back with the dvd or brochure either. I called the company a day after and told them - I didn't recieve any of the stuff you promised,the lady put me on mute or something so i couldnt hear the discussion going on between her and the manager guy, she said hes here with me right now and said sorry he lost track when picking up (i wont mention a name here) and so about two more days went by and they sent it to me. The dvd was dirty and scratched up the booklet was bent and not new. The manager even left his binder at my house and that there I thought he would be back for-but wasn't.

They had no badges, no business cards, nothing. Everything was so unprofessional.

They even mentioned how they were selling vacumms to get money for a trip they're going on and the manager couldn't even remember as to which state it was in-the dude who cleaned my house had to tell him where they were going-this here was odd too. & also the manager asked of me to give him some junk mail with name and address on it, and i told him sorry i don't have that for you. he mumbled, we'll figure something out. They mentioned that there were numbers on the vaccumm that would match the receipts numbers-and they don't match. They also failed to let me know about the return policy of within three business days-but I feel with or without them I'd still been robbed, they'd keep my money and run with it. I called on the fourth or fifth business day and the lady said Sorry you can't return it-its past your 3 days and if you don't make the payments we'll turn you into a collect agency.

Then the finanacing people called me once everyday, doing a courteousy call, told her i havent used the product yet, and that i want it gone. and she laughed, and laughed, and then said sorry yeah you cant.

I'm royally pissed, at myself, and at these people for what has come about this.

I was scammed. They were checking my place out to see if anything was worth stealing. and they took a big amount of money from me for the vaccumm and left me with a used Kirby vaccumm cleaner without a box or anything. Also after they left I'm missing about $300 dollars in cash and my paycheck I had laying on my counter in the kitchen.

I was pressured, and they knew I wasnt good under pressure, so they pushed me til' I broke. I want these people to pay for what I've paid for, I want my money back and I want this all over with! I want my life back, they have access to my ss#, everything-but whose fault is that?-Mine.

LESSONS LEARNED.
