we were promised a certain package deal and free installation. they tried to say my husband never put the rebate codes in for installation in time which was within 24hours of having everything installed and he was helped on the phone by a rep to put the code in.then when we weren't getting the package we ordered we were told it was never part of the agreement. my husband cancelled the service and told them to come get the dish off my house and pick up the boxes. they sent boxes out instead. we cannot take the dish off my house .on 10/27/2011 they took $723.32 and on 10/28/2011 another $180.82 out of our bank account without authorization.we want them to refund our money and personally come get their equipment so we don't get accused of damaging anything
