The guy wanted to buy my car, and wanted to use PayPal as a method of acquirement.
Figures that before his payment could be "released" to my account, I had to help him with a prior payment of the above amount for transport expenses, obviously included in the amount he'd pay.

Going through the internet, i found out that this kind of scam is pretty common in this country, but being in a vacation i would never even imagine i'd be scammed.

The guy showed up as Cambel Luck and even sent me a driver license poorly photoshopped to show his good faith.
The other mail, linked to the infamous fake PayPal service email address ([email protected]) is linked to some [email protected] , and i, alas, noticed this too late, even in my defense i gotta say i never used PayPal or bought stuff online before.

They even place the mark of trustworthiness with PayPal all over it and an electronic signature with the president's name, which, I controlled, coincides.
