I just had a call saying I had won a 2.1 million dollars and a White Mercedes, but I would have to put a deposit of 600 dollars as a deposit. He said his name was sayers CEO of PCH. I told him I did not have that much money that I was on a fixed income, so he lowered it to 100 dollars. Please let me know if this is a scam.
