Levelacare and Splendyr skin care

On Nov.23,2013 I ordered a SAMPLE of Levelacare and Splendyr skin care products.
Then I received another order (which I did not order) and my credit card was charged $89.95 for EACH product on Dec.08,2013.
My credit card was charged another $89.95 for EACH product on Dec.25,2013. I did not order this and never received any product for these charges.
I called a tele# on the credit card and was told to send the product back seperately( they were shipped to me in one small box together) to two different addresses. I called back to question this and they offered me the product for $20.00 Each. I accepted this until I couldn't get the product out because the pump stopped working about three days later. This was on my trial sample. I tried the pump on the first order they sent that was not ordered, and that one would not work either. I called again and told them I wanted the charges for $359.80 credited to my card.
I was told I had to e-mail [email protected], and also accounting@Levela Youth.com.
I have contacted my credit card company about this but they said the only thing they can do is let me know if it is credited.
I think I have been scammed BIG TIME by these companies!!!!
