I just learned I too have been scammed by the makers of Day and Night Serum by Equinox and anti aging cream called RVTL by Sheridan Labs, Sparks Nevada.

I fell for an online ad saying you could try the product for a small cost of mailing for $4.95. I received the a jar of the anti-aging cream last week and two other gel products in one box 4 days ago. I never received an email confirming my order or directions about the trail in the shipments. Today I found charges on my checking account for $93 for one and $99 for the other. I tried to contact the company but was told they would not refund the charges. I contacted my bank immediately trying to prevent the charges from posting and was directed to the fraud department. The fraud department stated that they could not help me becaused I had cancelled the subscription before calling my bank.

There was never a mention in the online offer that I would be charged $99 and $93 for the shipments.

This company operates in a deceptive manner and does not provide information about their process in a confirmation email or how to contact them to cancel the subscription prior to the 14-day trial -- this must be so they can push through outrageous charges.

I thought this was a genuine trial, unfortunately the only trial was to see if they can get away with highway robbery! Do not be caught by this company's deceptive marketing ploys -- you will be sorry to the tune of $192.00 and the product does nothing!
