I ordered 2 products, Equinox Day & Night Serum and RVTL Anti-Aging cream (aka Bioskin Eye Cream and Skin Revitalization on my Credit card), on-line at special price on 1/10/14, shipping only at $4.95 and $3.95, and was not told that I would be signing me up for REGULAR shipments thereafter. My account was billed again on 1/24/14 for full price cost of $99.00 for Bioskin, and $93.00 for the Skin Rev. (which I discovered on my bill on 2/1/14!!) as I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS!!!!! Not only did the offer on-line NOT say anything about an automatic sign-up for continuous shipment, it didn't even give a regular price for the products--so I expected to receive info with my shipment of the "trial product" so I choose whether to order again. What a fool I was!! Can you help me? I am contacting my credit card company for assistance, as well.
