Just like everyone els - I had canceled my subscription and kept getting charged. When you call they don't help unless you force a cancellation email out of them. They know that if you don't have the confirmation, you can't get your money back so they don't send one when you cancel unless you complain. Hope they burn to the ground and every one who works for this pathetic company dies a horrible painful death. SCUMBAGS
