After seeing the infomercial for this on tv, I called to order the free initial cd. I spent about 5 minutes on the phone with a representative, who told me it would be $14.95 for shipping and handling. 2 months later, I had yet to receive the dvd, and I noticed 2 charges on my credit card for $54.32 each. 1 package was sent to me (a shipment of supplements, etc. that I did not order), which I left at the post office and never picked up. I honestly didn't even know this company sold supplements...I thought they just sold books/cds. When I called to clear this up, all 3 people I spoke to (including 2 supervisors) were extremely rude. One woman basically called me a liar, said they do not send packages out without an extensive phone interview and prior approval. I told her that I had my phone bill that showed how little time I was on the phone with the original representative. After getting nowhere, I asked her to just cancel it going forward, to which she replied, "No, you are just going to fight this with your credit card company, so I will not cancel it." I had to convince her that I would not file a claim with my credit card company, just so she would cancel it going forward (again, canceling something I never agreed to or even knew was an option). I honestly felt like this had to be a joke. I was completely blown away by how rude, and awful the representatives, including supervisors, were with me. I don't know if too much time has passed to do anything about this, but I have all records, notes, etc. Thank you so much
