I purchase Gloves online and I was then told they didn't have the color I ordered. I called and was told of the other colors available. I asked about sizing and was given bad information. The gloves that arrived were not the ones depicted online and to small. I called to exchange them for the right size and Gloves I had ordered. I was told that these were not returnable and I should have read the purchase agreement. In the fine print seven paragraphs down states that if an item is on sale it is not returnable. But they do encourage you to order the replacement item immediately. Because it take them todays to reply online that the first item is not returnable. I have contested the charge with VISA and will not pay this company. And if you try to call them for customer service they will refer you to there online or fax system so they don't have to deal with you
