I bought a Quebec Nordiques toque here online, and when it came it was a Chicago Bulls toque. Not even the same sport, nor the same colours. When I emailed them it took them two weeks to get back to me, and they said there was a mixup with their shipper who sent the wrong hat. They basically said "too bad", use the Bulls hat even if you don't like basketball, we'll give you 40% off next time you shop here. No refund, no offer to exchange for the one I ordered.
