Accepted an on-line FREE offer for RVTL anti-aging cream with only P&P to pay. Then found this week 4/2/14, that they have taken £89 from my account. Phoned my bank to get refund, which is in hand. Phoned the company on UK phone number which went to somewhere else in Far East I think after a recorded message from the US, then told that T&Cs allow them to take the money. Obviously a scam. Asked to speak to supervisor, but after 3 calls no body available. No details on the on-line offer about any further payments. They have refused to give full refund but offer a credit and part refund which is not acceptable.
