On Sept. 1, 2013, My wife, Debra (Personal Information Removed), ordered one bottle of this product. However, she was charged $102.94 for seven bottles plus additional charges of $28.00 and $18.00 for shipping, handling, etc. On Sept. 24th, 2013, she requested a refund and was given a Return Merchandise Authorization number and told to ship the product back for a full refund. We have called the company at least three times and are being told that there is a problem with the software preventing them from issuing a refund. But, as soon as the problem is corrected, they will issue the refund. As of today, 2/5/2014 when we spoke to the company, they are still having the same issues and can not refund her at this time.
