International boundaries
Husband paid $695 for Canada Goose coat order. They claimed difficulties with credit card(s) and would not take credit card. Amount was debited from our checking account. Then we heard nothing. Husband called, learned it was not available and sent email telling them to cancel the order, send us a refund by check.
Nothing. Better Business Bureau not successful in resolving this yet. BBB contacted my husband 3 weeks ago, stating that 123 Mountain refunded us through Bitcoin. We do not have bitcoin account. No further information from them.
