We met with Cooke at a restaurant and were promised more vacation opportunities with PRL than we were getting with our current timeshare and RCI. The cost $9475 was put on an 18 month interest free charge card. This transaction occurred in March, 2012. In October, 2012 we were to receive a check from Cooke (PRL) to pay off the charge after placing 137,850 points valued at 8.5 cents with PRL(now called EPS). Check never came. Cooke knew we were not happy with our timeshare and were not interested in purchasing another. We were duped into believing we were purchasing more availability of units and would get our original investment back with interest. WHAT A SCAM!!! B
