We are in the Philippines, we ordered this Product somewhere in America.We received a statement that it was successful. Then after 1 week there had been no progress, no product had been delivered .That’s the time we check the e mail there was this “REFUND STATEMENT” which we does not decided upon and it was done the same day of purchase January 9, 2014.Our credit card shows someone claimed the money in MIAMI,im hoping someone can help us to retrieve the money.
