I ordered the free sample of Levela, but returned it along with a letter stating why, and also stated I expected a full refund. The company acknowledged receipt of the product, and I was told my card would be refunded in 3-5 days. I called in June and other numerous times: 9/25/13; 10/21/13; 11/08/13; 11/19/13; 12/09/13; 01/06/14; 02/04/14, and the following excuses were provided: "the refund failed"; "still in process"; "will receive refund in 3-5 days"; "refund was processed on 11-20-13"; was also given refund #RAS3474103 but my card was not credited. I was finally told they would send a check in the mail. This company is practicing deceptive trade practices. They dragged me along so I would not be able to dispute it through the credit card company and the dispute time elapsed. They now have the product and my money.
