Hi,
I chetna (Personal Information Removed) from Bhavnagar (Mahuva 364290) mail ID:- (Personal Information Removed)
On date(21st Jan 2014) i revived a call from number +911206612700 and Mr. vijay was talking from roozgar.com noida delhi.he offered me scheme of registration on http://roozgaar.com and i told them to talk on next day at 10:30 am morning.

next day(22nd jan 2014) i recived call from http://roozgaar.com and same Mr. Vijay was talking to me regarding the scheme of http://roozgaar.com registration and number was +911206612700 same like previous day, he explained me that basic registration formality of roozgaar.com that is
customer has to pay RS. 1500/- for basic registration but as per our scheme roozgaar.com only will get
• Service Tax(12.36%) : Rs. 185.40
• From you as a part of service tax no 2012.

• above amount only and rest of amount(Rs.1500/-) customer has to pay after getting job and if customer get satisfaction with his/her new job then only customer has to pay RS. 1500/- this talk i did with MR. vijay and he suggested me step by step Registration formality after that basic information formality(registration form to register and to create user ID and Password of www.Roozgaar.com) completed he transferred call to HR dept of www.Roozgaar.com.and that person repeat same thing regarding Scheme. and i asked him and verify that same and that person also repeat same detail which discussed by Mr. Vijay so i put my trust on them and start to do payment of
• this amount Service Tax(12.36%) : Rs. 185.44

• but when i done payment all of sudden Rs. 1685.40/- debited from my account i received message from my bank, so i asked to that person who was guiding me on phone MR. Kabir Jaiswal that you told me only Rs. 185.40/- will be debited but from my account but Rs. 1685.40/- mount is debited so he replied me that ma'am don't worry your amount is not actually debited its just showing that when you see your account balance you will get your amount as it is and only RS. 185.40/- is debited on the status so i put trust on him and he told me that now I have to verification educational and other services verification so he suggested me next step of it that time also he told me to do payment and also repeat same “ma'am your amount will not debited from your account its just verification procedure once you complete whole procedure you will get clear idea and for your satisfaction check your account balance don't be afraid and trust on Roozgaar.com” after that again that person force me to do more verification process

so above all transaction was done by me with misguidance of your executive from center number: 8 . Mr. Kabir and Vijay who forced me and told me that this amount will not debited from my account its just for showing message only and above are registration formality when I aske them about that all trasecation and so called formality he don’t even give me proper details about that and he told me if you get any problem just call me name Mr. KAbir Jaiswal 09278703686 this number but when I call it was out of coverage .
and when i check my bank account balance at that time i come to know that this all amount is actually debited from my account.

I was in doubt so I called to www.roozgaar.com call center no. 0120-6699099.
And I ask them about Mr.kabir jaiswal and told them I want to talk with him regarding above matter which was happen with me.so that person name is Mr.Akash mittal he replied me that name person is not available here like that.so I force them he told me that it’s your fault if any executive is talking like that you has to inform us then you have to move ahead it’s your fault not our executive after knowing that your amount is debited from your account then also you trust on sales executives then its your fault and you have taken above services and we are taking that amount only from you so I told them that payment taken from me by misguiding me. And now I want my money back which taken by your company with wrong intention (so called fraud).
I was fed up so again I called on same customer care number 0120-6699099.
Now person was changed Miss. Priyanka was talking and I repeat same conversation and she also start diloging with me like Akash mittal and after 30 min. conversation she told me to fire mail on [email protected] with your complaint detail and wait for 32 hr for solution.
After that I sent mail to [email protected] with whole case details.
Date(23rd jan 2013)
Now at evening I got call from MR. Hussain from Head office no.+91 9211725373
And he asked me my problem so I repeat same like above he replied me that you will get your solution within 24 hr only and give me promise to refund my money and told to send mail to [email protected].
And after that suddenly I recived call from welcome dept. of +91 1204957500 Miss Shefali was speaking I do conversation with her she just welcome me on www.roozgaar.com and giving me basic details about services.
And I also explain whole matter to her so she replied me that we can’t do anything for you it not my duty so if you fired mail then head office dept. will solved your problem so I asked her from which center you are speaking so she replied me that center no1.
As hussain said I sent mail to [email protected] Again for refund amount taken by them with wrong intesion .
So I wait till 40 hr but I didn’t get any call from them so I call again on this number 0120-6699099.
Now Miss.priyanka was speaking and i told her that you said me that you will get your solution within 32hr but now time crossed so I call you again what happen about my problem.
She told me that ma’am you has to wait for solution caused it’s not only our fault so and then promised me for refund I also said that it’s cyber crime once I complain everything will destroyed and also told that your executives told me that company is working from last 8 year and it is semi govt. and also told her that I search everything about your company and I got so many victims of fraud with www.roozgaar.com and so many fraud details with your name. so she just put the phone so I call again.
Now person was changed person was MR. Dharmen kumar and I repeat whole conversation and ask that who is the founder of www.Roozgaar.com and your boss so he replayed me that I don’t know so I shocked but he gave me promise that you will get refund and told me to send mail to [email protected] so I sent .
(24th jan 2014)
Mail again now I receive call at evening from head office of www.roozgaar.com and MR. Mohit was speaking number is +91 9278703685 he told me that it is not our policy to refund money.
Then after I came to know that there are more than 100 people who badly cheated by roozgaar.com so don’t trust on them those are cheating so many people every day.

Hence I need help from media to fight against the gang of cheater and put them behind bar and punish as per Indian law.
