As to buy one vanilla card from cvs or walgreens or Walmart of a $150 money won't be touched. Then after processing stated I had a settlement against me and their money as well as mine was held up. Call the card was put on hold for an hour after telling them of the situation. The person never cam back on the phone. Basically $150 was stolen before activation of card and card company is down with this process.
