Ordered the "sample" trial for $4.95 on 1/7/14, sent email to cancel 1/16/14. Email reply 1/17/14. Charged the above as cancellation was not in effect from email. I had to call them and did so today when I saw the charge on Visa statement. This is so under-handed.
