I sold my book to this company in September of 2013 and was expecting a check in the mail. 1.5 months later I still hadn't received anything so I called and was assured that another check would be sent. Again, nothing. In the beginning of January, 2014 I called again after changing my payment method to PayPal. I called about 9 times throughout a couple of days before someone answered and said that they would take it up to management and I would get my payment shortly. Now it is February and I've called several dozen times and no one answers the phone, I've left 3 voice mails for the Customer Services Manager and have sent 2 emails and have gotten NO REPLY.
