I purchased a trial of these pills for £1.99 + postage on the 9th of Jan 2014. Firstly I was told that I would receive a confirmation email that the purchase had gone through and then the pills. I never received the confirmation email so wasn't sure that the payment had gone through. Then the pills never arrived.
I noticed the money was not in my account on Saturday and I rang to speak to someone today. They have advised that as there was a 14 day period in which I could call to cancel the responsibility lay with me and I was at fault. I said that as I hadn't received a confirmation email I wasn't even sure the sale had gone through. The end result was that they will resend me pills (not even sure I want them now) and refund me 50% of the money as I need to take some responsibility for it.
What a joke - I will never be purchasing or recommending them to anyone.
