I purchased Easy Spy and installed it. It never worked properly. I contacted the company and was told I was using it wrong. Tried it the way they said (which was the way I had been using it) and it still did not work. Contacted them again and was told it would be fixed in 48 hours. It was not. I asked for a refund, they told be it was past the ten days and I would get nothing. They stalled me intentionally in order to prevent me from collecting a refund.
