I placed several bids with this online acution company and won several. I received the first item in the mail without a problem. The next 2 items were going to be Christmas gifts. It's now Feb 2nd, 2014 and I still don't have either one! I have sent 4 emails to their customer service and the first 3 received no response. Then, I got a response saying that they were processing a refund for one of the items and the money should be back into my account within a few days. That was on January 20th and it hasn't shown up yet. I had received another email on January 12 congratulating me on my "recent win" and was told that the item had been processed and would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. That should've been by 1-27-14. On January 28th, I received a notification from Fed Ex that the item had been picked up in New Jersey and was on its way to my house in California. As of Feb. 1st, Fed Ex's tracking info says the item is in Reno Nevada. It's scheduled arrival is February 4th which will be 16 business days from the last email. I'm hoping it's actually the correct item! Of course, I have already purchased this item at full retail price back in December since I hadn't received it and it was a gift for Christmas!
