I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A DEBIT OF 99 DOLLARS IN MY ACCOUNT FOR WHAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. YOU GAVE ME A THREE DAY TRIAL PERIOD AND THEN YOU STILL WENT AHEAD TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AT THE END OF THE MONTH. PLEASE I WANT THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE AS I AM A STUDENT AND CANT AFFORD TO LOSE THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY. THAT IS FRAUDULENT BECAUSE YOU CAN JUST BE DEDUCTING PEOPLE'S MONEY WITHOUT A PROPER EXPLANATION TO WHY.
