I would like to raise a formal complaint against a person in MARTEC Group of lack of honesty in business dealings in our work, and caused bad debt on my side.

The client keep insisting the payment to be released after their main customer has review the report, but to date after almost 2 months of delivering the work and correction, there was no review done from their end and this has been tampered with travelling arrangement for almost a month.

Here's the respondent response (Ms Linda) in latest email after payment is due last month.

We feel sorry that we couldn’t pay the rest of the fee by the moment, as our client has yet signed off the project. And we will let you know as soon as there is a timeline of the review with Malaysia country peers in the near future.

I was unhappy that I was not being able to get the situation resolved (due to this personnel interference) and lack of prompt action to deal with matters, which causes further payment delay and also this is not done in interest of my part.The least they can provide is partial payment which will at least make my life easier.

An unfair scenario I am facing, given that I have given full cooperation and seems that the other party is not giving their cooperation in resolving the pending payment cycle according to work delivered.

I would like to know right contact person within Shanghai business district or trade that I can deal with, as I am based in overseas and understand MARTEC Group is big in China and dont want to deal in bad way with their legal team.
