My regular mechanic suggested this shop for my transmission to be rebuilt. After a month or two waiting for the car to be rebuilt, they finally "rebuilt" the car with a two year warranty at a cost of $2,800. After receiving the car, the car was acting up again and the dashboard's transmission icon appeared again. When I took the car back to the shop on January 1st, 2014, Mack told me I would receive the car within few days. However, as the week went by, they would not pick up their phones and would keep stalling when I contacted the employees at the shop. Mack and Omar told me the valvebody was defective and that they were waiting for a new valvebody. However that was a lie. I made numerous calls and personally took cabs to the shop, only to find out they weren't even touching the car to repair it. Please avoid this business at all cost. These people should be put behind jail with all the stress and damages they have done to their customers.
