I ordered two items from this company and only one was delivered and was even documented on the packing slip that only one item was shipped. I am being told by their customer service people that according to the weight of the package both items were delivered..seriously? They told me the package weighed 4 pounds according to UPS, and that one of the items I purchased weighed 1.45 pounds, and the other .5 pounds, that less then two pounds, where is the other two pounds? That statement makes no sense at all. I was told I will have to purchase the same item again and after their investigation they should credit my account.....should? you want to to buy another item based on should? incredible. I purchased the item from Plumbers Supply, 5 bucks cheaper I may add with free shipping, and have filed a claim with my credit card company pull my money back from HD Supply. No more business from me.
